Friendly's

Love Friendly . Only get to go once a year since I live out of state. Service at this location was outstanding.

Food was good , reasonably priced. Corporate seems to have shrunk the menu though. Would give 5 stars if they did breakfast all day. Went again last week food was bad for what I had corporate changed it. Husbands was over cooked . Service was not as good as usual, slow and a bit sub standard. Changed from 4 to 3 stars just because I can't give 2.5. Won't be going back for a long while.

Today my coworker and I came to Friendly's for an ice cream. Overall our experience was very good and the staff were all very inviting and professional. The only complaint we had was the accessible door/ handicap door was not working and locked. Thus may not have been the staffs' fault because if it's broken they need someone to come fix it. But management should get that taken care or imediately. But other than that everything was very good and staff were what makes it worth coming here to the route 31 Friendly's!

The restaurant was clean, our waitress was very attentive, our order was correct and our food was delicious. What more could we ask for?
