Friendly's

Fast and friendly service, received coffee right away and our breakfast came out super fast. Food was hot and tasted great, much better then my last visit almost a year ago.

This location specifically isn't the best friendly's there ever was. Some of the staff is pleasant and welcoming. But I ther times it's the opposite. Not very cleanly, it's always dirty no matter what day or time I come in. So it seems. My honest opinion would be that this place needs to be renovated and newly staffed. Your employees are not enthusiastic nor welcoming. That's what guest(s) need when they arrive into an establishment such as yours. Especially a family restaurant.

Quick stop for restroom break and ice cream. Restaurant could use some real freshing up. Ice cream cones good.

This is the worst Friendlys I have ever been too. I had a family member in the hospital and went out to my very favorite place to eat (aka Friendlys) to cheer myself up. I don't have to think about what I want because I already know. I've been going to Friendlys my entire life ordering the same thing. I went with my sister and her girlfriend and ended up getting there after them. We were the only ones there due to the fact it was closing in an hour. The server came over and we ordered. I ordered my drink while we ordered appetizer and entree. She brought over the appetizer but not my drink. We finished that and our food was out. Still she had not brought our drink. Finally after ASKING she brought my drink. While we were eating there was staff running around like a playground and our server actually flipped off that staff member then proceeded to say "I just want to get the f- out of here.". I also didn't get my double fries with my order. My fries and chicken tenders were over cooked. Not once did the server check on us. We left after paying. I paid for food I didn't end up eating because of how terrible it was. On our way by the ice cream window we saw a manager we ended up talking to her and she laughed the whole time we told her about the terrible service. I'm so appalled by this restaurant. I work in a restaurant and couldn't believe this.
