99 Restaurants

I came into your restaurant to have lunch. I was greeted and seated in a corner booth. I waited about 20 minutes and left your restaurant because nobody seemed to know I was actually there. The people around me all had their food and one party was leaving before I decided I had enough and got up and left. I honestly expect more out of a restaurant that claims fast service and good customer care. I had none of that nor was I even acknowledged that I was in your restaurant. I would love to spend money at your restaurant for lunch if somebody would honestly acknowledge I existed after sitting me down in one of your booths! Honestly the sub shop next door at least recognizes that a patron exists!

Thusday 6 pm, we had about 5 minute wait to be seated. Once seated with my 2 children, we were served promptly. Unfortunately they were out of their featured beers, but on the plus side my son just wanted a blt and they had no problem making him one! I got the baked scallops, a little underwhelming but I was hungry and ate it all!

I like the options here better than Applebees, which is right down the road. Free popcorn, good atmosphere
