Ali is the most humble and the guy who loves what he does. It is really great to see people like this around. People like him should become manager to pass their enthusiasm of costumer service to everyone.
I stopped on a Saturday morning to pick up a few things, and their produce quality seems very low tier. Onions looked very old and dry and decided to buy them to go home and find mold in them. Very busy morning with only 2 cashier lanes open. No option for self checkout and express line is closed. Wait time of 15 minutes or more minimum. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I'll try to avoid and go to the superstore next time.
It’s a good store with a good variety, and pricing.nI can see they are working hard to make a secure place to shop in our neighborhood.nTheir quality of labeling/stocking is lacking. Sometimes it seems on purpose as in photo.
Ali is very friendly and super helpful with all customers. I appreciate his attitude at work place. People should learn from him :
