Good prices, clean, organized, good location, good service. I just don't know why all of a sudden there is a shortage of goods in the shelves like different kinds of seeds for your bowl for cereal, no crystal light & kool aid gels. Prices have skyracketed I know the store does it's best to keep them low. Though times, high inflation makes it longer to decide what to buy and what not to; therefore spending more time in the store than what you are suppose to but I enjoy doing here my whole household shopping, thanks.
I was freshco Sargent today filling up my water jugs and the employee that put me through the till tells me that I can't refills my 15 liters water jugs anymore because they aren't refillable. Well first of all I called the store to find out if there 15 liters water jugs that they sale I may add, were refillable. And they said yes it is refillable and so I have been refilling them for the last 3 months now. Today when i came in to refill them and I'm told I can't refills them anymore. So what the hell is going on? Why does 1 say one thing and the other say other thing. Worse customer service ever.
Lots of shelves but limited selection of cereals & soups. No rolled oats and other stuff we wanted. They doxhave Dawn Ultra. I know that from a prior trip.
Friendly and helpful staff. Sketchy neighbourhood so lock your car. It’s not uncommon to be approached in the parking lot by someone asking for change or bus fare. No outside security but once you get beyond the double doors and inside the actual store there is a guard inside.
It’s a good store with a good variety, and pricing.nI can see they are working hard to make a secure place to shop in our neighborhood.nTheir quality of labeling/stocking is lacking. Sometimes it seems on purpose as in photo.
