Abdallah was a very nice cashier, he made very nice small talk, recommended some products and overall made my experience very welcoming. This store earned a returning customer with his kindness. Store was very clean and organized.
Disappointing experience at Fresh Co in Thunder Bay. The service was consistently rude, and the staff seemed unenthusiastic and unhappy to be working there.nnA disturbing incident occurred: a blonde older lady employee with glasses refused to assist a customer waiting with children for almost an hour due to a payment issue PO.nnShe:n1. Dismissed their concerns, saying it 'didn't matter' and wasn't a priority.n2. Claimed there was 'nobody in charge' and 'no manager on duty' when asked.n3. Encouraged other customers to chime in, harassing and intimidating the frustrated customer.nnThis employee's unprofessional behavior was embarrassing, unacceptable, and alarming.nnThese are key concerns:n1. Lack of customer service and empathy.n2. Inability to resolve conflicts.n3. Unwillingness to prioritize customer needs.n4. Absence of management oversight.n5. Creation of a hostile shopping environment.nnBy instigating customer-on-customer harassment, the employee crossed a serious boundary. Fresh Co must address:nn1. Staff training on customer service, conflict resolution, and professionalism.n2. Management presence and accountability.n3. Customer safety and well-being.nnUncomfortable shopping experience. Won't return.
Shopping here has been a good experience, but being followed by the security makes me feel like I'm being accused of something. I'm saddened and uneasy despite having funds. Thanks Freshco for the experience.
We can get everything fresh such as vegetables, fruits ,etc. some are not fresh but it's ok better than any other stores. I would recommend that this is where you can get very good quality products.
Well stocked grocery store, lots of options in meats and veggies. Most of the items are competitively priced, and the private label brands are all Compliments which are decent quality. Overall a much better experience than Superstore or No frills and doesn't hurt the pocket like Metro or Safeway. Will visit again !
