Fresenius Medical Care at Providence Saint Mary'S Medical Cen

I love the nurses and the Drs both the standard of care is like no other place if been. I am thankful for the care of your staff. OUTSTANDING !

My father in law's room was to put plainly a pig sty! The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped for a long time. We had to demand that the bathroom be cleaned (looked worse than a service station's). A tip of the hat to the nurses though they were very good.

I went here on Feb 19th by ambulance from Pendleton Oregon due to my legs quit working. I was rushed into and MRI machine then surgery. After this surgery i was able to feel my legs and feet. i was so happy. About 4 hrs later i had to pee. I call the nurses. 2 of them came they were small I was afraid they wouldn't be able to lift me to the commode and i stated that fact. I said i am to fat for you. They said no we do this all the time. So i trusted them. They dropped me on the way to the commode and dropped me on my wheel of my walker. They got me back on the bed i was in so much pain. Many people came in to talk asks me what happened. i told them this. I asked if someone could please tie my gown. There were so many people in my room after that. No on would so i reached back to feel for the strings. I guess i ended up pulling out my drain plug and tying to the other string. I was rushed back in an MRI machine and told i would need plasma but to thicken my blood too. I was then rushed into a 2nd back surgery right away. Dr. Yem saved my back and my legs. my left foot isn't right. My toes are constantly tingly. I dont blame the doctor. he had fixed me once then the nurses dropped me. I wish i could sue them. I am having nightmares over this. Then they sent me to some rehabilitation center to watched over me.That was even a worse experience. I just called Adult protective services to report the place they sent me too. I give those 2 nurse -100 i give the dr. + 1,000,000 he saved my legs not once but twice. He also caught something wrong with my neck in the MRI. which i have been telling docs for 2 years here in Pendleton at the St. Anthony Family Clinic but they never ordered MRI they referred me to OHSU I have appt 4-14-16 this appt was made in Jan of 15. i have waiting over a year for the OHSU oppt to the Neuro section. I think Walla Walla Neuro section has the best doctors. Thank you Dr. Yem. You Rock. To the two nurses you suck.. You caused the 2nd surgery to happen.. I wouldn't go back to this hospital if i could choose I just found out i have to have xrays done there before going to Dr. Yem Office. So put on my big girl panties and just do it. this was my experience with this hospital on an Emergency status.

If I could give 0 starts I would I went in to this hospital for a female problem I am 14 years oldmy doctor had the nerve to go off on me because I have my eyebrow and lip pierced I am legal age to get those piercing and then he when off on my mom and called her a bad parent I will never be caught seen at this hospital ever again even if I'm dieing I'd rather die than come to this hospital. And then he accused me of having a tattoo I do not In the manner I had a heart on my hand make out of pen, the nurses when nice I give them that but the doctor had the nerve to talk bad about me and my family because I have piercings and this is messed up cause there is teachers at my school with tattoo and piercings but they are called a bad teacher or parent.

I am very impressed with Dr. Simon that runs the St. Mary's Sleep Clinic. He takes time and explains things. I would return to Dr. Simon.
