I hired this company to remove my above ground oil tank and all related parts and pieces. They arrived when they said they would, and followed up when they said they would follow up. Both guys were very courteous friendly, got to work right away, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were thorough and left the place clean, was a pleasant experience and will call them again...

i won't go into explicit details about my experience but I will say that neither myself nor my businesses will ever use their services again. Work was done without my consent, I was asked repeatedly for my credit card information over the phone before they told me what the total was or even provided an invoice. It took nearly a week to receive my work invoice and they charge nearly double per hour of labour compared to two other plumbing outfits in town. When I told the plumber that we were being charged FAR too much he immediately became irate and threatened small claims court. Absolutely disgusted by my treatment and will be contacting better business bureau.

Service was fast, professional and reasonable in price. Of particular value, was the advice given by the technician during the servicing. I recommend this heating service with no hesitation whatsoever.

Stay away. I can't count the number of times I've had to fix issues caused by sheer incompetence. Stay away.
