My family mourned the loss of my Nonno Salvatore at Fratelli Vescio. The entire experience of losing a loved one is so difficult, but the funeral home did such a great job with providing compassion, patience, and sympathy. The entire team were committed to making sure everyone was taken care of with sweets, mints, masks, sanitizers, personalized coffee beverages, Kleenex and so much more. This was a great funeral home that provided comfort with attention to details. Added a picture of George, the cute bird that hangs out in the upstairs lounge. He was great at uplifting everyone who was taking a break outside of viewings. This place is also stunning.
Vescio did a wonderful job on my grandmother’s funeral. From the start to the finish they cared about our family! They thought of every detail from the releasing of the doves at the church and the violinist at the cemetery. My mom is disabled and they provided a wheelchair for her and they helped her throughout the whole ordeal. Every staff member were helpful & courteous. They were very knowledgable and had answers to all our questions. They made sure they provided our guests with coffee water and amazing snacks!! I would recommend Vescio to anyone requiring funeral home service!
This past Monday my family and I celebrated the life of my brother Joe who passed away due to cancer. While I attended viewings here a number of times in the past, this was the first time it was very close to my heart due to the deceased being my brother. Louie Vescio was the epitome of both compassion and professionalism, even to the extent of personally ensuring my disabled mother received her communion during the Funeral Mass. Furthermore, his son and daughter, both of whom work at the Funeral Home showed the same level of compassion as Louie did, which shows how well he raised his children. Everything about the viewing was beautiful and comforting, including the personal care my disabled mother received by the staff, whether it was helping her to her seat, or getting her water. Without question, I highly recommend Vescio to all in their time of sorrow and loss as they will make the process much easier to bare. Thanks Vescio, for respecting the memory of my brother Joe. I am beyond pleased with every FINE detail put forth for my father funeral. The staff, Isabella & Brad showed nothing but compassion, kindness & empathy during this difficult time sorrow. Every detail was thought of from the start to the end. The funeral home was clean and well organized AT ALL TIMES. Everything was just beautifully executed. I recommend Vescio from my heart. Vescio is the best in the business! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Thank you so much to the Vescio staff for taking care of our family, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Dave and Laura were extremely compassionate, organized, and beyond helpful! Louie was phenomenal, the way he spoke during service and with our family was so eloquent, and a real class act! Louie Jr and Enzo were so attentive, and considerate through service day in anything we needed! We are so grateful to the Vescio team, nothing short of 5+ star service!
Saying goodbye to my father was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. During the time we planned his funeral at Vescio Funeral Homes in Woodbridge, the whole team was compassionate, patient, sympathetic and loving. It felt like family. They helped make everything move along smoothly. All of the big and small details were taken care of by their team. I never felt rushed to say our goodbyes during the funeral. Our dad would have been so happy with everything we planned. He was sent to the heavens like the gentleman he was.
Planning a funeral is never easy. Sadly, Both our parents passed away within two months of each other and we were overcome with grief. The the visitations/funeral service for both my parents was exceptional to say the least. Louie and his team were very comforting, professional and compassionate. This was my first time that I had to deal with a funeral home for my dad S. MELE who passed away Friday January 27 2023. I want to thank all the staff the whole Vescio team for the amazing job and caring for my family. Everyone who came to see my dad complimented on how beautiful this was and how wonderful the staff was.
