Fraserway RV - Bedford

We purchased a Flagstaff tent trailer from Fraserway. Jonah salesperson was awesome! He listened to what we needed and made suggestions for products that fit with our current and future plans. Great communication and honesty throughout the process of ordering and tracking. He even checked in on how things were going during our first trip with the new rig. Excellent follow up. Rosie was great with explaining and walking us through the money side of the process and Angie was fantastic to deal with in service. We had some aftermarket installations done and are very pleased with the work and the speed of completion in a very busy time. We ended up missing a couple of odds and ends on pickup and the service department dropped it off at our place at no charge 100km away. Great folks to deal with all across the board!

Bought a beautiful park model trailer from Fraserway two weeks ago and took delivery this past week. Vince Ferla was our Sales Consultant and Rosie was their Finance Manager. Vince was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and down to earth which made the experience a pleasure. Rosie was also awesome and prepared. The purchase was seamless and all expectations were met. Can’t say enough about the team there. Thanks very much to you all.

Our experience purchasing a new travel trailer exceeded all our expectations. Johan, Josh and Nick answered all of our questions. Nick processed credit application and answered questions on his day off. Both Johan and Josh were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Johan's orientation for the trailer was informative and easy to follow. His follow up text the day after we took the trailer home blew us away. There are many businesses and employees that can take lessons on exceptional customer service from these gentlemen. Exceptional service from sales to finance to the retail shop. Very happy to be part of the Fraserway RV family.

Had a very wonderful experience dealing with our sales person, Jonah. He was very helpful and didn't make us feel pressured. We went with one unit in mind, but he gave us an honest assessment if it was the right unit for our tow vehicle. I was expecting him to tells that we could tow it no problem just to get a sale, but he gave us an honest assessment and showed us a few units that would be better fits. We are now very happy owners of a new trailer that is right for us and our tow vehicle.

This is our second purchase from this company and again it has been a great experience, right from the sales person - Vinny to Nick in financing and everyone else there in parts and service.

The Fraserway Team is amazing. We just purchased our second unit from here, and both times the entire team went above and beyond to make our experience absolutely painless. Our salesperson, Jonah, has been nothing but absolutely wonderful. He showed us everything that came remotely close to what we were looking for, explained features and upgrades, helped walk us through learning about the units top to bottom. Nick in the Finance Office is knowledgable and walks through all warranty options and plans like a complete pro, answers all questions, etc. I can't say enough wonderful things about the team! The service team has been great to deal with as well; in fact, we just had an issue that we texted Jonah about last night, and I got a call first thing this morning from the Service Department scheduling our on-site visit. We'll definitely continue dealing with them, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a recreational vehicle!

My husband and I just purchased a Sierra 420fl from Fraser RV….. Jonah and Josh Dream team were amazing!!! We purchased our first new camper from Fraserway. Jonah was our consultant and was very friendly and professional. He did not pressure us into buying something we did not need. Overall from the moment we contacted Fraserway and the moment we signed all the documents everyone at Fraserway was extremely nice with us and helpful. We probably won’t need to buy another camper for a few years but we will recommend to all of our friends and we will do our service/maintenance with them. Thank you Jonah and your coworkers for making this process so easy.

The sales department was wonderful. We had a great experience working with Jonah from start to finish and were so excited to take our new travel trailer camping. What was unfortunate was that our camper had a broken part that we noticed our first time camping and needed to go in for servicing within a month of purchasing. We booked an appointment and waited, and waited, and waited. We had to follow up with the service department 8 times over a 3 week period for them to complete the work. They had our camper for over a week and a half, they were suppose to have ordered the part, but still seemed to not know what our camper was there for when we followed up. After two weeks, they finally did order the part and we picked up our camper today 3 weeks later after dropping it off. We purchased our camper early to get the most out of the summer camping, not expecting to have our camper sit in a parking lot for most of the month of June. The communication and follow up from the service department was very poor. If we were not on them to do the work, our camper would still be sitting in their parking lot.

First I appreciate just how busy a shop can be. But at today's prices things are far from cheap.The season is short and fast and days get turned around.. Being that don't promise work to be done just to tell the customer it can't happen. I admire a crew eager to get on with their day and get er done. Sorry this was not it! Service person at the desk took the lead and made it work and that I truly appreciate.But trust me I won't be back or recommend your organisation..
