Auction Direct

The stuff here is nice and they talk with you really nicely, talk a lot things professional that a new driver don’t understand. I bought this vehicle 1 year before, I know is been really long time, when I bought it I thought and all the information online included the seller told me my vehicle is a 2.0 engine size car, and 2 months ago when I went to fixed my car I find out it’s actually a 1.6 L car. I don’t know is that a mistake or I’ve been cheated, because as what I know there should be big prices differences between this two engine size. I feel really sad and angry, I didn’t realized the wrong engine when I bought the car because I didn’t noticed it and I really trust this dealer. I trust they has the best price in the market! I came back to the store and told them the problem, the seller（same one） told me even you get 1.6 L but you have turbo so you have same horse power as a 2.4 L car? So you still get best deal?( what is the point) And the manager told me there is no prince difference between 1.6 and 2.0 car, so it’s doesn’t matter? And it has been really long time, didn’t check it carefully is my fault, so I can say nothing with they don’t want do anything with my case . But I really want to say buy a second hand car is a big trap, be careful that the seller always be smarter than you! And I feel sad with this bying experience.

I had a very positive experience with the staff at Auction Direct. The impression I received was that it was a small place making authentic efforts to make a good impression. I dealt mostly with Jerell Parker, who has a very contagious enthusiasm for cars. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered by the relevant people, getting back to me, following up on his commitments, and making the whole car buying experience enjoyable. This is notable as it is usually quite a stressful process. I feel that a lot of efforts were made by the whole team to make sure I was happy, and this is, in my opinion, what counts the most.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish at Halifax Auction Direct. Salesman Frank Brown was very responsive and professional throughout the vehicle purchasing process. He was very well familiar with the inventory at Auction Direct and provided excellent input when it came to selecting a vehicle, and provided honest feedback when it came to the history and other particulars of the vehicle. I have found an overall customer experience that rivals if not exceeds the major car dealerships in the area at Auction Direct.
