Frank's Place Simpson Pa

Relocated into the area 1 year ago, now I cannot get enough of Frank's ! Huge diverse menu, dined here 6 or 7 times on different platters and all were awesome..and plentiful. One other spectacular feature is the fact all their employees are just so darn cordial, bubbly and polite :)

If you go, sit in the bar area and front booth seating. If I cold rate them separate, they'd get 5 stars, we usually sit there and the waitress is prompt, courteous and responsive. Sit in the back dining? Expect to be forgotten about. I've been in the back 3 times, and sit without refilling my water for at least 20 minutes, and sat with an empty beer for another 20. The cheese shaker had rust under the cap of EVER shaker on our table... RUST on our CHEESE that we put on our food, and they didn't give us new food, or comp the food that we ended up not eating. They add gratuity for bigger parties with separate bills so watch you check. We got major attitude in our last trip on top of lack of refills, rust on our shakers, and the waitress never came back to see if our food was good. We literally saw her 3 times, which is the average amount of times we see our waitress if we sit in the back. Honestly, the food is good, but considering how expensive it is, I'll go somewhere else for the same quality food and better service. Edit: no one said we couldn't bring appetizers, we still ordered 2 appetizers aside from that, and thank goodness we did because we never got.rolls and had to wait foe the 2 appetizers we did order... but it's no excuse for bad service and being charged for something that we couldn't eat because it was now covered in rusty cheese. We were one of 3 tables in the back so I'm not entirely sure what is considered "busy". 3 shakers "got by you" with rust.

Love eating here. Kid friendly, but great for dates, too. Bar area you can sit at, televisions, great food, drinks and desserts. If you have a large party and are coming after 5pm, call for reservations, as they do get packed quickly.

It was amazing, we must of order enough for a small army. Pleasantly surprised when bill came, knew I spent 200 Not to mention. The food was Outrageous, clam n Mussels r a must, the sauce it come in.............wow you should dip everything in it
