Great super friendly service. I came here to have a watch bracelet fitted, which was done while I waited. I forgot my credit card at home and offered to leave the watch there while I went home to get it. To my pleasant surprise, the proprietor waived the charge.
Great service at reasonable cost. Frank really cares about his workmanship. Would not hesitate to recommend him. Repaired our grandfather clock.
I've brought our watches in over the years mostly for battery changes and on occasion for repair. Found them reasonably priced and on most occasions he was able to do the work while I waited. Prefer to shop local and turn to Frank's when I have jewellery or watch repairs to get done.
Very reasonable cost on jewelry repair.
Had a gold chain fixed here. The man who owns the business fixed it for the second time at no charge which made me happy.
I had my watch repaired in less than 5 minutes. Great service!
Went in for a battery change. Reasonably priced and good customer service. Would recommend to others.
