Took my family here and had a great dine-in experience. Staff was very kind. Waitress made us extremely comfortable. Nice quiet, dim, clean space. Perfect ambiance for spending quality family time.

You'll love this place. They have a wide range of pizza, I haven't found any yet that I haven't liked. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly, you walk in and it feels like people there like each other. The crowd ranges widely, college kids, professionals, little elderly ladies... basically, everyone will feel welcome here. If you're every hanging around downtown, it's definitely worth a drop in. Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie pizza's and most recently a vegan pizza which is pretty good in my opinion as a non-vegan. Kid-friendliness: I've seen families sitting down with their kids. Parking: Meter parking in front and a parking lot to the right of the building. Wheelchair accessibility: I believe the front entrance is a ramp.

By far the best pizza I’ve had around the area! Garlic knot crust is such an amazing idea. Definitely give this restaurant a try!

Seriously one of the best pizza places EVER!!! Their pizzas are so unique and the portion sizes are HUGE! Had the Stromboli stuffed crust that was half bbq chipotle and half chipotle steak, WOW!!! The flavors were so on point and the dough was so fluffy and cooked perfectly. Also, the Stromboli stuffed crust is basically a second meal, so be prepared for leftovers. And we can’t forget the AMAZING Customer service. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the owners son and he was so nice and helpful. We are big foodies and had a LOT of questions and he answered all of them and was so patient; thank you! If you are in the area you NEED to stop into Franco’s!

We ordered Francos for a belated birthday dinner as the snow delayed the real one. The garlic knot pizza is out of this world and the staff was wonderfully thorough at making sure we received our pizza without chicken. The vodka fries were also out of this world and the brushetta was quite tasty. Can't wait to order from here again!!

Nicest person was the guy making the pizza. Probably shouldn’t talk about customers as they’re standing there to the others. Don’t pick a time to pick up cuz they’ll state that it wasn’t the time. Said it was almost an hour when I first walked in that it was done for and I said it was suppose to be for 430 and they said it wasn’t. When I proved it and asked again how long it was sitting they said oh 15 min….ok!! To the man cooking the pizza ur awesome and u get 5 stars…those chicks there need to check themselves with customer service!

Friendly staff, fast delivery to Ashley she was also super friendly and cheerful . The pizza a LG extra cheese , it was really good. Will be ordering from them again!

My friend Phyllis introduced me do the family that own Franco’s in Wilkesbarre. What amazing people!!! They immediately made me feel like I was apart of their family and I had the pleasure of joining them all for a meal together. Their food is excellent and it’s a such a clean and spacious environment. I’m honored to have met them all today. The only reason they getting a 2 is because the pizza and garlic knots are to die for but everything else on the menu is zero out of 10 the chicken Cesar gave me food poisoning and I just finished eating an hour ago , the eggplant parm pieces are not cooked .. I can go on but the gentleman up front is amazing at making pizza ..

LOVE the "Franco's Special" pizza. Mozzarella, arugula, prosciutto, red onions, parmesan flakes, balsamic reduction. My friends ordered a calzone with extra ham & extra cheese. NEVER have I seen a calzone that BIG! Could usually feed a family of six! Good prices and super friendly. Unfortunately there is no Franco's in Florida so the chef was nice enough to give me the recipe for the "Special" so that I can make it back home
