Great place for models and a wide Verity of toys

Great store! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave be great advice regarding a gift for my son. Very patient with us while we were browsing the store. Great selections of toys for all ages. Makes me want to be a kid again!

Great service. Great choices of toys and games but some items a little pricey. We always visit this place to see if they have new selections which they often do. They also sometimes have rare items hard to find in Montréal. Love browsing through their Metal Earth spinner.

A good and the only toy store in Place Versailles, if you don't count Winners. Kids love spend time in their train display area while i shop. The toys are not cheap, average price. Would go back more often if there are some sort of membership pr loyalty program.

I brought my brother there and he was playing by the train table in the store. The sales lady came up to me and told me upfront that the store is only for people to shop, not for kids to play. One thing: if she doesn't like children to play in the shop, don't open a toy store

Worse customer service from a manager. While wrapping the toys I bought at Franc-Jeu at Galleries Versailles, Anjou, I discovered the plastic anti-theft ink thing was still attached to one of the toys and a very sharp pin of an anti-theft device had not been removed from another stuffed baby toy. I discovered it when it scratched me. I'm glad I found it before the baby I was giving it to got hurt. I had no choice but to go back to the store to get the devices removed. Instead of apologizing though, the manager just told me that everyone makes mistakes…and it's the rush season. And when I showed her the pin in the baby toy, and told her a child could be seriously injured by such a thing, even lose an eye, she didn't seem to care and simply said in a business like tone that this is the rush season and mistakes happen. The store was practically empty when I made my purchases. Yes, mistakes happen and when they do, children can get hurt and customers have to waste time running around to get those mistakes fixed.

Great service with a vast choice of board games and puzzles for children and adults. You will find something to enjoy every visit!

I could spend HOURS in this store. The amount of cool stuff they have is amazing. The staff is always friendly and very helpful with any questions I have, I highly recommend this store !!
