Terrible after-sale service.
Needed information to replace a piece on a 1yr old purchase, after many many phone calls we never got news back from them.

Pire service qui soit !! En plus de ne pas venir à l'heure cédulée, ils ne viennent pas du tout de la journée et ne donnent même pas de nouvelles, il faut courir après eux soi-même. Et la même chose se reproduit à nouveau la 2e fois ! 2 jours à les attendre à la maison et 8 appels sans qu'ils ne viennent ! Bref, nous vivons encore avec une cheminée non conforme qu'ils ont eux-mêmes installée il y a quelques mois ! NE FAITES JAMAIS AFFAIRES AVEC EUX !
