Think Kitchen (St-Sauveur)

Good selection of kitchen and tableware, even cook's apron. Coffee making pots, tea pots, cooking pots, modern styles dishes, serving plates on the heavy side, table cloths, mats, kitchen pot holders, and towels. Also all kind of gadgets for bottles and jars opening, peelers, corks, vases and many gift items. Some at affordable prices. Staff very helpful and cordial. Convenient parking, and wheelchair access.

They have a lot of great kitchen items and decor. Bought a mug with stirring spoon and tea filter for a discounted price, and tea travel container, good quality. Staff are friendly, and bilingual. Will go again!

Got wonderfully priced kitchenware

This store had some very nice things for the kitchen. We choose to purchase two items for gifts. Rather than carrying them around to the day while we visit the community we returned at 1730 today to purchase our choices. The sale person spoke both languages and was very knowledgable. One issues that she was not sure about she said she would clarify with the manager. I would expect my employes to do the same. The issue was tha MANAGER she kept motioning to the sales person to walk across the store to her while she was speaking to me. Twice she did it. The employees being new of course was panicky not to be in trouble. We went to the pick up the item I was purchasing and I asked the manager why she felt it was necessary to interrupt my question and time. Her response was " well because she is new". She brushed me off as if it was my issue. I explained that if she needed to guide her employees then walk across the floor and join the conversation not pull someone away from a client. As a result of her attitude myself and my wife neither made our purchase which resulted in a $150 less sales for them. Small peanuts I guess but what was this review worth. I will make my purchase in Montreal area at Stokes there vs my impulse buy here.

I bought items here every time I visited St Sauveur. Never again. Extremely rude and inconsiderate staff. Did not let us into the store demanding that we use their sanitization gel even though we explained that my spouse has allergies to some disinfecting gels/liquids and that we have 70% alcohol mix with us and right in front of them used it.

Store is very big and there is a lot to choose from. The prices however are a little high but they do have kitchen gadgets that you won't find anywhere else. This is in a touristy area so it's obviously targeted at tourists.
