These guys don't know their product. They claimed the specific bike I was looking at buying didn't exist when I had seen it in another store. After finding it online they quoted me $100 more than the retail price listed on the Specialized website! They didn't care to make the sale or offer me any alternative bikes or talk to me about anything. Its hard to support local bike shops in this day and age of online shopping. Especially when they offer zero customer service or product knowledge.
