This place has amazing food! Great vegan options!!! The tomato coconut bisque... the best soup I have ever had!!!! Cute and quaint place to enjoy a meal alone or with a date. Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options!
Celiac friendly fried AND fresh food. It’s a genuine treat to be able to have a place to order from for comfort food and pick me ups. The cheese curds with honey make a fun dessert. I wish I’d choosen the harissa sauce because I like things a little spicy!Recommended dishesGluten Free Cheese Curds
Amazing find! The food was SO good!!! Bonus, many options for people that are gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan. The cheese curds are the best I have ever had and I can’t believe they are gluten free. We wanted to try everything and ate WAY too much. My favorites were the cheese curds, the cauliflower steak with saffron aioli and the soup of the day which was tomato coconut bisque. The soup was so good that I was sad when I had eaten it all. My kids were so excited that they could get gluten free vegan cookie ice cream sandwiches. They were huge and one could easily be split with two people... especially if you order as much food as we did. My entire family loved the food! I wish we lived local because we would eat here all the time. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Absolutely love places like this. Relaxed and comfortable, fantastic food, kind staff, reasonable prices. Couldn't ask for more! We came all the way from Lakeville and will definitely be coming here again. Vegetarian options: All sorts of options for vegetarians, vegans, etc. So tasty, too. Dietary restrictions: Fantastic for people with various dietary restrictions. My wife has Celiac and was very comfortable eating here.
If you are Gluten Free this is the place for you! So many options! The falafel and sauces are full of flavor. The chicken is tender and tasty, and the preserved lemon rice is beyond delicious. And you can get GF state fair style cheese curds! They take Gluten Free seriously here, despite not having GF pita. Get all the sauces, they are all amazing. This really is a St. Paul gem!
Falafel were small, but tasty. I asked about spice level and was told it wasn't spicy, I get allergic reactions to spicy foods and it not only was spicy but I couldn't eat it because I started having an allergic reaction.Food: 3/5
Very good food. Gluten free options. Safeon sauce was excellent. All was good, but rice was a little bland. Falafa balls were perfectly cooked. Most everything was good.Food: 5/5
Foxy Falafel has a great menu with simple choices that provide a variety of options and flavors without a lot of stress. The dishes are full of flavor, with three options for sauces and various combinations of meat and dish type. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and service is quick and has been positive in my experience. Overall, this is a great place for a lunch or quick get together.
Insanely delicious cheese curds with honey on the side—so delicious! and great food. The pita was a little dry and thin, but everything else was so awesome.
I haven’t had good cheese curds since going gluten free, but that has changed. I cannot recommend enough.
