Amazing Kurdish food, the owner is very friendly, welcoming and genuine with his advise on what to order and what not to. Service was great and quick and the prices are very reasonable given the good size portions of their meals. Highly recommend!
This was our first visit to a Kurdish restaurant, and we loved it. We had the Naska Nan We Panir, a delicious Kurdish bread as an appetizer. For our entrees, we had the Kubey Brinj a rice dumpling filled with ground beef and the Biryani a traditional rice dish. Both entrees were priced at $15. It is worth a trip to the West Side for this great Kurdish cuisine.
I had a lovely lunch here with delicious Kurdish tea, lentil soup and the sawar shown here with tabbouleh and cucumber salad. So friendly and excellent service. It was full in the dining room for lunch on a weekday which means this food is GOOD.
This is a must try restaurant. The foods are heavenly delicious. People are very friendly and good. We had Sheik Babani, Beef Kabob and Dowjic soup. Sheik Babani is a signature dish with a salad. Basically eggplant and beef, so delicious that we couldn’t stop eating. Dowjic soup is very different, it will give you a kick at the first time but the flavor is very addictive specially with Kurdish bread that also served with the soup. And beef kabob with rice is not something uncommon but very delicious. Will definitely visit this restaurant once again.
This was a fun and yummy experience! We tried 4 different dishes all were aamazing and the best soup was the lentil soup. Baklava and coffee was great!
We were staying nearby in the area and ordered take out right before closing time @ 7:30. They were able to take our 3 orders and had them all ready within 10 minutes! The food was delicious, service fast and friendly! I liked how each dish came with a side. :
This restaurant is the most wonderful atmosphere. The staff is genuine, hospitable, and loyal to all of their dining customers. The service is bar none in the hospitality business. The food is amazing!! Try each dish at least one time, for you will never be disappointed! If you have never experienced eating Kurdish food, it is a must to try it. Enjoy the experience of feeling like you were appreciating another culture and eating authentic food. Their spices are shipped from overseas from their own land of origin. I dine here on a regular basis. Enjoy your experience!

Babani's was great. Went to this place for my birthday and the food and service were excellent. The beef and chicken kabobs are my favorite. The ambiance is great.
Excellent food and great prices! The vibe inside is great.
