The Four Points by Marriott in Penticton is truly a fantastic place to stay! The staff are outstanding – always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything you need. It's a fairly newer hotel with only two years under it's belt. The restaurant in the lobby is awesome and the staff will always go out of their way to try and keep everybody happy. We stayed as a group and oftentimes arrived close to closing time of the restaurant but they were always happy to accommodate us. Thank you all for a great stay and for going above and beyond.nAs of September 2025, there is no self-serve, free breakfast option.
Great hotel. Rooms are very clean. Wonderful gym that even though opens at 6am, if you’d like to go earlier, the front desk will let you in which was super appreciated ! Good location - about 10 minutes walk to the front street area and 5 minutes to the lakefront. Free easy parking for trucks/big vehicles. Would stay again.
Pretty much an average hotel. It does appear to be neat and clean. The staff seems friendly. The location in convenient for our needs. I being able to hear the bathroom plumbing from the room above us.
