This was an ‘emergency’ Xmas booking since our original plan didn’t work for us. So happy we booked at Four Points! Clean, comfy space and excellent bed/pillows. Staff were personal and professional! The only thing missing for me was a good cup of coffee in the morning. The coffee provided in the room was not my favorite.
We loved this hotel. We had a king suite, which was compelte with a stove top, full size sink, and mini fridge. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful. You can tell everything is very new and modern.nnThis has one of the best fitness centers I've seen in a chain hotel. With 4 high-perfomance treadmills, ellipticals, full weight racks with medicine balls, and other machines, this was an incredible on the road workout experience. As someone who works remotely very frequently, this was a huge unexpected perk for me!nnThe gym also has a view of the pool, which we never used, but looked very nice and clean too. Note though, there is no hot tub.nnThe front desk staff was friendly too.nnThe hotel is right next door to the Okanagan Events Center and BC Hockey Hall of Fame. Highly recommend that you take a walk over and see the memorabilia items and catch a Vees game! We'll definitely be staying here again next time we come to Pentiction!
Great hotel for business or leisure. Comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel gym has treadmill, elliptical, DBs, and a cable machine.
Worst window covering of any hotel I've ever been in, with a view of the parking lot LED lights. What a mistake staying here. There are so many better places to stay in Penticton, with hot tubs, and free continental breakfast. Please heed my wordsnAlso- not a big deal for lots of people but the TV system is proprietary and awful and the screen frame rate is at 30 frames per second not 24 which gives me that Twitchy soap opera effect
