Easy check in and staff is very polite the pool and hot tub area could use a deep clean and no jets in the hot tub but overall was a relaxing experience. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food to pick. Only down side is the bed was pretty hard felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood but the room was clean.
ENSURE you get a room on the highest floor or you are DONE FOR. Bring earplugs, quite literally the loudest hotel I’ve ever experienced. 2 star hotel at best.nnI could hear the persons pee in the next room hit the toilet bowl water. I could hear the conversation of the people in the room above me. Not any sort of exaggeration - bring earplugs plugs.nnThe rooms are clean, for the vast majority of points. A little bit of mold on the shower curtain and the corner wall in the bathroom but otherwise their cleaning standards are good. Clearly management is trying to work with what they have. Ownership is the problem.nnThere is a random sink with super strange awkward plumbing by the door of the room, the lighting is garbage. This building needs to be torn to studs and rebuilt in the next 10 years. Should not hear word for word conversations between floors and between room neighbours. Worse than a house built in 1910.
Enjoyed the pool view and outdoor seating area outside our room. Breakfast provided offers a lot of options. Double bed room had space to do yoga in. It was a 25 min walk to town to attend the Art Walk.Nice for a weekend stay.
My family had 2 rooms for 3 nights. They gave us an excellent location and service. Was such a bonus that the indoor pool was open. Thank you for an awesome stay.
Breakfast total catastrophe - stale breads, selection not existingnRoom is clean. That's only plus,nPool looks dirty, hot tub is yellow - discusing need deep cleaning, massage function doesn't work- water is hot, no changing room, washroom in pool area is dirty, shower by pool broken
