Great pretty new hotel. The room itself was great, service was kind and attentive, guests were managed well especially seeing as there were h three or four different hockey teams staying there with us, we were not bothered by any noise or disruptions while we two people were visiting for three days.nnOne disappointment was the pillows. They give you each one down pillow and one thick cotton filled pillows but neither was comfortable. I ended up having a very painful and tight neck during my stay. Maybe I am too sensitive? If you have a pillow preference I’d recommend bringing your own. Otherwise, wonderful stay :nnIf you need gym machines beyond an elliptical, treadmill, free weights, and yoga mats, you’ll need to bring your own.
What a place! Amazing staff, rooms are very clean and BIG TV's with Netflix if you have a subscription. The bed was very comfortable. Best in Penticton out of 6 places Ive stayed. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, various fruits, yogurt, cereal, hot oatmeal and make your own waffles. Coffee, tea and juice also available. They even had oat milk as a dairy free alternative. Well done!nnThe only downside was the noise from cars speeding up and down Eckhart Ave.
Our experience of staying at this place was great. Service for the room and food was also good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.nnOne day we were a little late for the morning breakfast and the staff member was winding up everything but Kulwant was very considerate and helpful for getting us breakfast and he made sure everything if we needed anything.nnOverall we loved this place.
Horrible experience!!! The manager of this hotel should get fired immediately. I stayed here with my pal over a month and a half ago and for some reason, we were overcharged. Upon refund request, the front desk sounded like they were powerless to proceed. So we tried getting hold of the manager who apparently was ducking our calls and using his FD staff as a scapegoat to evade. The audacity of this person to dodge his guests is preposterous. Well played Fairfield nnP.S - Try other hotels folks.
From the moment we entered we got the best service. Staff were accommodating, kind, courteous individuals. And Kulwant in the kitchen was outstanding. I have never experience such superb service. Food was always cooked to perfection and he kept everything clean tidy and always stocked for all guests. Bravo Kulwant for amazing service. And thank you all for a wonderful clean friendly stay. We will definitely come back here again.
