Four Points By Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek

Very clean lobby matches the cleanly and tidy rooms.Comfortable bed, oodles of towels and bath sheets that still were plush. The free breakfast was above par in comparison with other establishments. Was surprised to cheese omelets and bacon in the chaffing dishes. Great selection of other items and good coffee. Finally the staff were friendly and attentive. Excellent establishment for the value.

My husband and I stayed by this hotel while our son was hospitalized in Hamilton. We found this hotel to be conveniently located near to a mall with a number of places to eat. The property also boast adequate free parking which is a scare commodity in a number of hotels these days. The rooms were clean and the staff provided excellent customer service. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice to have. We would recommend this hotel if you have to travel and plan to stay over in the Hamilton area.

Hotel is located conveniently right off the highway but kind of bizarrely nestled behind a couple of plazas and requires a detour through several parking lots to get to the entrance. Facilities are well maintained and clean, staff are friendly and helpful, and parking is plentiful. Walls in the rooms are paper thin so good luck sleeping if your room is near a baby. Or the elevator. Or people who watch TV. Or people who talk. Or people who sneeze. Or people who walk.

This was a decent hotel. Very clean and just off the highway but you need to go around a business to get in which is a bit awkward. Overall good hotel and very clean rooms. although No views and the pool is extremely small.Rooms: 4/5

I stayed at the hotel on March 6, 2023. They advised they would take a 50.00 hold on my card which would be released when I checked out. It is 8 days and they not only continue to have a 50.00 hold, they put and additional195.00 hold on my card without my knowledge? The charge was posted on my card on March 8th and I have paid the bill but the holds are still on my card. The hotel blamed my bank/card but Visa advised that the hotel is responsible. I believe Visa, as the person who checked me in advised that the hold is removed upon check out. Although I liked the hotel, I will not stay here in the future as they put charges on my card that I did not authorize and did not removed the holds. Can't believe this is legal?

I was homeless about a year ago and the social service in Hamilton put me up there at hotel for points I mean the staff that you know looking after people homeless in room they weren't so nice but the front desk staff manager were very nice people and very nice owners I say using the phone in the room able to find an apartment now no longer homeless install sign on questions Rd and apartment for rent and the phone number I got back to my room at hotel I used the phone room called the phone number up and I arranged a viewing I met the landlord there and he and I told the apartment and I signed the lease and I able to move in within 2 weeks the seniors apartment building 62 years old

I may have been here temporarily due to being homeless, however, the staff still treat everyone with dignity and respect. I have grown rather fond of the receptionist at the front desk who makes my day by being a decent human being amongst all the chaos. The staff have let me use the vacuum and cleaning supplies to allow me to keep my room orderly and clean. What the hotel is doing is a god send and I don’t know what I would have done if they hadn’t accepted the responsibility to help others in need at this time. Nothing but love for everyone that works here, I have enjoyed my stay and have nothing but respect for the people who show up everyday and still manage to make us feel like people.

Full disclosure. We didn't know this location was used as a type of half way house for the homeless. Our room window had a view of several questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. Pool and restaurant were both closed down. The location was a bit difficult to access through an alternate parking lot. Not family friendly. Didn't end up staying the night.

They use the hotel as a homeless shelter which is great but the owner also gets money for doing it and get shelter money from each client staying. So not just from the goodness of the owners heart. The food is absolutely garbage and I am getting malnourished from the mistory meat they feed us. We literally get pasta every lunch no meat just a couple canned veggies on top like corn carrots or peas. Breakfast is sugary cereal or oatmeal but they don’t provide milk half the time. I am been here for two months and never been served a fruit. At supper time you get my rib like meat broccoli carrots cauliflower and potatoes almost every night . My feet and ankles swell every time I eat the meat. I am thankful for a roof over my head but we literally don’t get utensils with our meals or drinks at supper. I feel like am less than a human when they feed us this garbage. Thank you for the shelter and warm bed and shower but please feed us food for humans. I ate better on the streets. And there are no dates on the meals and they come cold so you don’t even know when they made it. Thank you for the everything else but we are not farm animals
