Four C's Marina and Lodging

IF YOU HAVE STAYED HERE IN THE PAST CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT!!! We stayed 2 nights in August 2017. 3 people stayed 2 nights with a boat slip rental. We payed 1/2 deposit stayed our 2 nights and got charged for the second half plus an additional $97 for a fourth person and an "upgraded" room. We called the "marina" office and explained that we did not have a 4th person but they said the upgrade room has a 4 person min. We were not informed of this "upgrade" at any time during the time and we stayed in the same house next door to the office. When we called the marina after the statement came they said we were charged extra because we stayed in an upgrade room and was unwilling to remove the charge. The upgrade room was a 4 bedroom +1 closet bedroom place that was 75 yards from the dock through 50 yards of goose poo. Many overnight trips to Oak Orchard in the past and many more to come but this is the last time for 4C's. We understand this is not the Holiday Inn just make sure you are charged what you are sold.

Best lodging in oakorchard. There is a reason all the regulars end up at fourcs.

PLEASE NOTE!! My one start rating is only because I needed to rate the Marina in order to ask my questions. My husband and I have rented a dock space #10 for the 2017 season. For anyone who has been there, can you tell us how many slips they have at the marina. We took a ride out yesterday and had a very hard time finding the marina. We did come across a very small area with a 4C's sign that only had about 12 slips, none of which were marked #10. I did not see the restaurant or other buildings that we viewed on their website. After reading the few reviews, and speaking with the owners we booked the slip. Any info would be greatly appreciated! We are looking forward to a wonderful season and hopefully many more!!!

I have been going there since 1999 I even won one of the fishing derbys up on the lake with the best boat captain for fresh water salmon, Steeles, brownies, Atlantic Salmon and my other favorite Small Mouth BASS. Also screaming reels with tommy as your captain he is hands down the second best captain on Lake ontario four Cs has been great to me since then when nancy was a mainstay awesome place to stay and marina right there and look for tommy on screamin reels cause John roides from answer 2. Is either dead or retired!!!!He was and is the greatest!!!!!?
