Fountain Tire

After having a bad experience with Kal Tire in town I decided to go to Fountain Tire when our zero-turn mower developed a slow tire leak. I called Fountain Tire and they gentleman who answered said to bring it right over. He told me it would be twenty minutes and when I came back to get it, the repaired tire was leaning up against the building. I saw the manager and asked "How much do I own you?" to which he replied "Just take it.". I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I will be going to Fountain Tire from now on and sending work their way from people who stay at our business. I always strive to give top service at my own business and other businesses who do the same will certainly have my business and my endorsement.

Got me in last minute when Travelling through town from grande prairie to Saskatchewan. Very accommodating and efficient, got me back on the road in no time. Thanks for the great service!

Stopped in on a friday with what seemed to be a thermistate issue. The machanic came out right away spent abour 20 mins trying to diagnose the problem and detrmind that because the coolant was so low air probably got in the systems. He preceded to add 2 gallons of antifreeze to the vhical at no charge. Just a wholesome honest guy. You do that see that very much anymore.

This store is awesome, however, the owner, Calvin, is very rude, I will not deal with this store again. He doesn't care what he says to people, doesn't care about customer service, he shouldn't be running a store that he cares nothing about. I heard there are new owners taking over in January, so hopefully they are better, but until then I am avoiding this fountain tire store, like it has the Black Plague.
