Dollarama

First time visiting this store, and it was great! I’m from out of town and I was in a hurry. My dog needed treats. I asked Amy for help and she was so nice and she showed me exactly where to find them. She didn’t just give me an aisle to go to and try to find it. She showed me!! Good customer service is hard to come by, especially good customer service with a pleasant disposition. Thanks again Amy!

Me and my kids recently came into the store and were helped by Amy. She was amazing, very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and was great with my kids. She is truly knowledgeable and helpful and creates an atmosphere that makes a customer want to come back again. I definitely will be back after this experience!

I own a small catering Business in Whitecourt and use Dollar Rama for so many of our packaging needs. They have heavy duty aluminum pans great for small business prices. They have the best freezer bags too. Way better then the brand name we all know. Ok that's enough about the products. The staff here are always so helpful. They do a great job keeping the shelves full and they do a great job of getting freight put away so you can get around in the store. That can't be easy with as busy as it gets. 10/10 experience. Store was well maintained and the staff were incredibly nice. The manager Jen answered all my questions and knew where the items I was looking for were. Didn’t have to wait in line and cashiers were at the front when I was ready. Would recommend to my friends and will definitely be shopping here again!

My dad and I stopped into this store while passing through up north this morning. Busy little store; great customer service. Amy was able to help us find the things we needed and get us back on the road. Very cheerful woman
