Apartment rooms are hard to live in because it gets smoking hot during summer season, same as corridors and parking lot. If you want to survive in this building, you have to pay 75 a month to rent an AC in your room, very cheap and reasonable price for students. However, the lobby is always as cool as you can imagine no matter when. Impressive HVAC work done in this building. Underground parking lot always filled with filthy smell every time I am in. Very nice renting experience!
One of the worst place to live. The current management is so bad. They will enter the apartment without any permission and move your stuff without permission. They even started washroom maintenance without my permission and took the entire wash basin and placed it in the hall. Dust was all over place and the smell of chemicals. I did live in this situation for days.
Please beware of management, takes advantage of students. Student workers are a joy to work with, however management is manipulative and dangerous. Over all, the amenities are decent, but often out of service. Often smelly
Management takes advantage of you and I’ve now been diagnosed with Sleep-maintenance Insomnia as a result of the terrible construction destroying my sleep schedule. I was also locked out of room overnight because of the staff and the security guards are not safe either. There have been homeless people running around in both the gym and study rooms at late hours at night and the building security did nothing
Gym and lobby are good. Had several issues with the washing machine where my clothes were ripped, water overflowed out the door, and machine stopped working midway. Locked my bike in my balcony and was stolen the next day, did not get a response to my email when desk staff told me to. Too many non-residents coming to the lobby past midnight and making noise. Some staff were very friendly edit: Emre, Ben, others not so much. Events were pretty fun to attend. Place was affordable when I was there.
