Familia Dental

For it being FAMILY dental, the dentist doesnt know how to handle children when they freak out. I went there 3 times for them to send me home with no work done and the 4th time told me to "do something with your child or i cant work on him"

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. DONT GO HERE Waiting room is dirty and not maintained. Chairs are stained and disgusting. Im not expecting perfection but basic cleaning would be good. Floors not vacuumed. The bathroom toilet was broken and instead of closing off they just let people continue to use it even though would not flush. If they cant even maintain these simple cleaning steps i dont have much faith in their ability to give sanitary dental service. Staff is nice but scheduling is terrible. 40 minutes to get called back. Another 15 minutes for the dentist to come in, even though i had appointment 6 months in advance. And then dentist spent the whole time talking to her assistant about some other person who was receiving state assistance and should be able to get a job or something like that, all of which had nothing to do with me and was very unprofessional conversation to have while fixing my sons cavity. They obviously have bad time management or are over booking appointments. Overall my thoughts are they are more concerned about the money and number of patients they get in than anything else. Its a shame because this area needs this kind of service and this office should be maintained better. Clients can be difficult in this area i know but that does not mean a business should compromise their integrity and give unprofessional results. There are many decent and hard working people in the area needing this kind of service. I got a cleaning and my teeth hurt for weeks. My son got a filling and i found out after that he was not numbed enough and he was pain, which they may have noticed if not to busy having personal conversations while working. My husband got a cap on his tooth which is supposed to last couple years but fell out 2 months later. He went back to get it fixed but was told by the dentist that his appointment was with that she would not fix anothers dentists work, even though they work in the same office. The dentist he saw was on vacation and so he had to go with a sharp chipped tooth until he could figure out what else to do. I repeat TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE. DONT GO HERE

The Dental Assistant Mercedes was so professional while treating my daughter yesterday. She never became annoyed by my unnumbered questions I constantly asked. I was so impressed that I asked what was her name. She had no clue I was writing this review. Thank you Mercedes for your professionalism and care for my daughter Jordan !

I wait like 40 mins and no one come for me i decide to no be there waiting i went home instead 😡The loby was very dirty,the people who was waiting were yelling..the chair were all nasty the carpet had a lot of garbage it was the most worst clinic i had saw in my life

Very nice. This was my daughters first dental visit and I must say based on other reviews it exceeded my expectations and was excellent. The young woman who seated us, I believe her name was Jasmin? Well, she was very welcoming and had really good customer service which is something you seldom get ANYWHERE anymore. My daughter got her teeth cleaned and X-ray's but after that there was a small wait as I believe the doctor (Dr. Ragnekar) was in another room at the time my daughter was seated but (Jasmin?) she came in twice to check on us and to make sure we were comfortable and she even inquired as to what we would like to watch as we waited, she even offered water and engaged in a bit of small talk with me and my daughter, to say the least I was impressed. When the doctor did come in he was professional and polite. Overall the building was clean, the service was good and my child and I were satisfied.
