I may have thought of putting a 5 star review and saying this clinic is the best here in town, but then id be lieing to myself. The incompetent of people working there, my mother had an appointment at 8:45am yet their doors don't open till 9am, ive continued to phone prior to the appointment but it kept saying they were closed, once arrived at the clinic they processed to tell us sorry you're late and will have to be reschedule, here is an elderly woman who was only given a months worth of prescriptions to have to reschedule for a following week. Not only was it devastating to have to go through that. But had to constantly phone them to see if they were going to drop off her prescriptions after getting another months worth.

Dr. Atwood's team is amazing. They go out of their way to make sure their patients are taken care of, spending extra time getting details from specialists. I and my family always feel heard and supported. Thank you for all of your hard work!

I belong to their clinic and had to switch pharmacy’s due to lack of medications on several incidences. They say they will deliver but then it’s 3 days later!!! Now because I see my NP there and switch the pharmacy to Shoppers they are now charging me $40 a visit. $40 penalty fee for BAD SERVICE!!!??? Each visit I will be charged because I decided to go with shoppers. Shoppers has stated to me that they have had more and more people cross over becuase of the bad service provided. On top of the 40 I pay 20 a month to see my NP. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. My NO IS WONDERFUL but I will have to leave. They never have sent out any letters as to the fee guide as well. Very sneaky

Friendly reception, although they can be challenging to reach sometimes. For me this is mainly due to the closure of phone services during lunch until 1:30 pm, as this is my only available window to prioritize my needs during a work week I'm typically tied up from 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. I suppose we're all trying to strike a balance though...nMy doctor is excellent and attentive. I feel listened to and cared for.nClinic is clean and well maintained. Parking is great and accessible too.

I've never had so many issues in my life with a doctors office. They change appointment times with no notice I've had serious health issues with pancreantitis double phenomena I've bin hospitalized 12 times since September 2022 and my nurse practitioner still isn't on the same page. If it wasn't for my methadone doctor picking up the slack I could be dead or spent way more time in hospital. And the receptionist is a total B. I'm now filing complaints and moving all medication as I was forced to have them transferred there in order to even see a nurse practitioner.
