This is what they called a Manager. Extremely rude and yelling to me. For four hours today December 12 nobody is picking up the phone. When I came here, they don’t even wanna explain. This Bing person need to be educated on how to talk politely
I find that this location works worse than the previous one at 7/11. I didn't get a notice, found that my parcel is waiting for me only when got into the account. The man at the counter was convincing me they don't have my parcel because I don't have a proper tracking number I had a tracking number from international tracking system, not Canadian so I was told that it was fraud parcel from American Amazon. Had to come twice and ask to check by name and address to find it. All this time the man was saying it's a fraud and they don't have my parcel. Poor communication and understanding. I was told I am not allowed to open a parcel there. Usually, if something is broken, you get a confirmation that it's broken when you opened it for returning process. Hope it will get better or CP finds somebody experienced for this loction
Went to pick up package with notice card, within the date listed on notice card. The one guy working just looked at the card and said it was returned to sender. Didnt even bother checking. Kept repeating "returned after 15 days" but i was within that timeframe as explicitly stated on my card. Calling CP is useless, as they keep me on the phone for over 30 min just to connect to someone.
I guess this hasn’t been corrected in a while. The post office has moved north at shoppers drug Mart. Have a great day.
Worst customer service ever, location is good, but the older fellow working in there is worse, worse.....worse....
This store opened very recently. Location wise this is a better place than the nearest closest store on 7-Eleven which is closed now. It remains open till 8:00 p.m. on the weekdays which is a little bit later than the other nearest post office.
Please note that if you want to send a box please choose the right box by yourself in the store, my friend asked the clerk three times and she only told me to choose the box by myself for the third time, what did you service? I think it is your job to help me choose the box because it is my first post office return, not to let me and my friend in your place constantly test the size of the box. Please bring tape, he doesn't provide any tape there if you need the proper way to reinforce it. You will need to buy additional tape in the store. The clerk is basically not empathetic, I am not too comfortable with rudeness to describe someone, I just think he is not serious about his job. And the clerk needs to repeat the queue to solve a problem, I stood in line three times yesterday, I hope you don't encounter such a bad experience as I did.
It has no postal office running here anymore. Google please remove this from your map.
