Got a called from them to get my address to deliver a parcel to me. Tried calling the person and their extension number only for them to be unavailable every time. I cannot pick up my parcel at the office because the hours is extremely inconvenient because of work. I cannot just up and leave my job just to pick up a parcel. Complained to customer service because of the inconvenience of hours and the lack of an available person in the building.

Way to get a machine to do a simple job none of them was qualified for. Some people are blind and partly deaf!
