Their drivers are professional liars. Apparently I wasn’t home. I was here the entire day looking outside my window waiting for them! They never came! Claimed to have tried to contact me but that too was an imaginary thing.
Complete garbage with delivery drivers! I ordered a package from USA knowing there would be a delivery fee when entering Canada, which I paid for yesterday having the notice. I made sure it was confirmed through customer service, and they have been helpful when spoken the few times. My package was suppose to be delivered today with family being home to collect, avoiding theft. Unfortunately I could not get it because of LACK OF RECORD the drivers have, they claimed I haven’t paid my fee when I did so. They kept my package and I called customer service, having them verify it was paid. DHL drivers don’t know what they’re doing at all and put out false claims. Get your company straight! It’s ridiculous seeing how many others have bad experiences through this company.
Delivery service sucks! Shipped half my order, and when they tried to ship the other half 2 days later they say my shipping address is incorrect. Will never be using them every again and would highly not reccomend anyone thinking of using this company to look for a more reliable company.
Shipment was marked as out for delivery, then changed to Recipient refused delivery, even though the driver never showed up. I was waiting by the door when I received my email notification. Then after getting the run around on the automated phone service that never connects you to anyone, I try the online support. The first rep only said how can I help, then after giving my info they never replied and then "Left the conversation" as to what the message stated on the screen. Now I hope to pick it up from a drop off station , but somehow don't think that will go well. Wish me luck this has to be the poorest service of any delivery outfit I have even seen or heard of. I would not recommend this joke of a company. Extremely poor service.
A very disappointing and a frustrating experience. DHL charges very high brokerage and processing fees. Google search on DHL fees will produce many stories reported by CBC on this topic. After making the payment online, I had to reach out to customer service to update the system that it was paid!! The payment was made on a Friday and by Monday morning tracking showed the package was still on hold for payment. Not sure what is going on with DHL, avoid if possible.
I had a package from DHL and it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days I waited 7 days for delivery and after that they told me a third party courier will deliver it I waited another week for my package. Never use DHL this is the worst delivery service ever
The most inept company I've had to deal with. The courier buzzed my apt, I let him in, and he never came to the apt. Thinking maybe he was waiting for me in the lobby I went downstairs and I saw him drive away. Had to re-schedule my delivery. Delivery attempt #2. I get a text saying an attempt was made to delivery but "recipient wasn't home. I had been sitting here the entire day waiting. No one ever even showed up.
The worst. Never use a company that ships using DHL. This is the second time this has happened. They will not show up to your house and then tell you that you refused the delivery. Eventually you will have to go pick up your package and pay a fee. If you call customer service they will transfer you around but nobody will be able to help
One word for this company, BAD grab my advice if you jeed a delivery company get another one they are the worst company ever, there is no professionalism here, costumer service is the worst to talk, drivers are careless even if your package have specific instructions on it or bc is an expensive package. Go somewhere else, Purolato, Fedex or try local it will be best.
I've never wrote a review before on anything, anywhere, but this experience with DHL has been the worst experience i've had with any business in my life. I paid express shipping, I've called over 45 times, the package was initially picked up 4-5 weeks ago. I still have not received the package 5 weeks later, and I was just told its going to take a few more days. The package value was in excess of 100k and i paid well over 1k in shipping fees and an additional 350-400 for DHL fees. I've never seen anything like it in my life, DHL is shockingly bad.
