Great service, is my first time there and they really made me feel like they cared. My mom doesn’t speak English and we took her cat there, they were caring and loving and the doctor called me after to make sure I understood everything and took the time to listen to everything I needed to tell him and ask him.
Our two Bohemian Shepherds are new patients here and so far they are happy with the way they are being treated. Dr.Tee is very nice and the needle didn't hurt at all.
It was not my appointment I went to support my gf with a sweet little guy so full of PTSD & I found the Dr. rude to my gf, even looking at me like I should be telling my gf to listen to him, what he was saying like he wanted. He did not even attempt to help her put drops in her little guys infected ears, nor check his hurt paw, yet went on explaining that he just knew what the issue was. When she had questions he just repeated 2 options she could do & that certainly DID NOT HELP HER OR HIM sadly!!

I have taken my pets here for years and I have always been happy. Always good care!
I wish we would have switched vets sooner. Unlike our previous vet, I was allowed to be with our pup during his assessment and treatment. Our pup is very nervous and this helped him tremendously. Dr Gill’s assistants were very genuine and caring with our dog, acknowledging his apprehensiveness with a soothing pet and a treat. Dr Gill was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. He took the time to get a detailed history and offered a number of helpful treatment solutions. He is clearly very experienced and I appreciated his authenticity toward treating our dog. If you are looking for a veterinary team that displays the utmost professionalism and kindness, then look no further.

I have been taking my fur babies to the Fort Erie Animal Hospital for several years now. One of my dogs is currently having a medical crisis and I wouldn't be able to make it through this emotionally without the support and caring of Dr. T and his amazing staff. In all my years as a pet owner this is by far the best animal hospital I have dealt with. Thank you so much!!!
Your hours state you open at 8:00am on weekdays. It's now 8:40am and I am still getting your answering service that also states your hours are 8:00am on weekdays. This is just bad customer service. You're a vet clinic, what if I had an emergency?! If you're open at 8am, your phones should be switched over as well.
Very happy with Dr Gill’s knowledge, thoroughness, and responsiveness to Rosie’s recent illness and treatment. I sensed he cared about Rosie’s progress and I was pleased with his recommendations on the course of action. Pauline was also very helpful in answering questions I had that were less serious. Highly recommend this clinic and staff.
