One of the best ways to work out in a super friendly inviting atmosphere. I tried and failed a few different typical gyms over the years due to having no accountability if I didn't go. If I don't show up for a few days Terrance will text me and ask how I'm doing. They've developed a very strong sense of community where everyone feels welcome and everyone encourages each other.

I can't say enough good things about this gym. The coaching is excellent, the community is welcoming and awesome and the workouts have taken me to places that I had never seen myself going. Forge Valley Fitness is my home. I highly recommend Forge Valley Fitness.

I joined cross-fit and was very impressed with the atmosphere and people attending this gym. Coach T was amazing, and the one on one on-ramp with her and Garth at the beginning was very informative. They really gave me the tools to get everything out of the program. Completely worth it, I could not believe the results I found in just a couple weeks. Strength, endurance and over all health. Conan

This place is all about people motivating people. In the years I have tried going to gyms and fitness clubs, I have never been as motivated and worked as hard in one hour as I have here. It took a few months to get past the point where it hurt and everything was sore a lot, I am now enjoying and looking forward to classes. Suitable for anyone of any fitness level or age. Feels like it's added years to my life. Or life to my years. Whatever.

I have recently join the CrossFit North Okanagan family.I have worked out at other CrossFit gyms and can honestly say this is one of the largest and best run gyms I have had the pleasure of working out in. The coaches are very knowledgable and I love that they push me to do my best, but not so much that I injure myself in the process. I am fortunate to belong to such a great community!
