This is an excellent gym with a great range of equipment, classes, and a wonderful women’s only space with both cable machines and free weights. As a newcomer to the gym I really appreciated the work they did to match me with a personal trainer, Nevada. Nevada was instrumental in helping me to create a sustainable and challenging routine at the gym. Her expertise and encouragement improved my form and confidence in the gym. Highly recommended !
I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Nevada! She’s incredibly supportive and attentive, always making sure I have everything I need for my training program. The updates and stats she provides are detailed and so helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional trainer. Thank you for everything!
I love this gym so much!!! So clean. Staff is so friendly. So many different machines. I love the women’s only area too. Plenty of cardio options. And love the quality of their clothing that they sell! The ONLY gym I’ve ever been consistent with over a year.
