Very satisfied with the flower arrangement and prompt delivery within one hour of placing the order!

I received an arrangement for Mother's Day that I was disappointed with. I sent an email directly to Forest of Flowers and Theresa responded before 9 am the next day. Six hours later I had a beautiful new arrangement delivered with a handwritten note from Theresa apologizing for my dissatisfaction. 

They truly stand behind their guarantee and go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. When everyone else seems to have forgotten what customer care is all about, it's nice to know it is still a priority with this business. I will definitely be visiting the shop and recommending them!

Like a man I ordered flowers last minute and they were delivered within 3 hours, way to make me look good, wow!!! Thanks so much for your efforts, I will be back, and I will try to give you a bit more notice. Haha

The flowers I ordered for my daughter-in-law were gorgeous and looked exactly like the picture on the website.  I will definitely use Forest of Flowers again!
