So glad I came here today. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and very considerate concerning my infant. Dr Jessop was so good, he checked my daughter and made me feel less anxious as a new mum and was so great with my little one.

Dr. Jessop was the best doctor i’ve been to in years. very calm, considerate, easy to talk with, he keeps it real. amazing doctor, highly recommend!

The receptionist was lovely and kind and Dr. Jessop was even nicer! He was so easy to talk to, funny and thorough. I am so thankful I was even able to get in the same day, they had several openings available. Thankyou!

Dr. Jessop was caring and actually took time for me to talk about my babies symptoms. He was even considerate enough to refer me to a specialist when most docs wait until there is a life threatening issue and it's to late!!

Dr Jessop was amazing, I got in right away and provided fantastic service....highly recommend

Went to this clinic for the 1st time the other day. Although I couldn't just sit and wait, I was told to come back at 2:40 the same day. No problem as my little problem wasn't serious. The office staff were friendly, efficient & funny. When I returned at 2:40, I had just a 13 minute wait before I saw the friendly & funny Dr. Jessop. I wish I had found this clinic a long time ago!

I had a fabulous walk-in experience with Dr. Jessop this morning. He was extremely friendly and helpful to my sick child. Would love to see him again in the future.

This office recently advertised they are accepting new patients. I called and was interviewed and accepted. The Doctor seems very good. The clinic is business like and seems very efficient. The drug store next door is handy. All in, a good experience. I have called twice in the last couple of weeks and received an appointment later in the day to speak with the doctor by phone. All good.

First time at this clinic. Probably the best clinic I have been to in awhile. The wait was minimal and Dr. Jessop is very friendly and kind.

Worst experience dealing with medical office staff I have ever had. Missed getting to the phone for a phone call appointment with the doctor and called the office back exactly 2 minutes later only to get no response. Tried for hours to reach someone only to get no answer and then an email from the office saying I now owed a $30 fee. Re booked my appointment to discuss my concerns and this fee for a few days later only to get no phone call and when I followed up, again with no answer on the phone, I was told by email my appointment was canceled and the only way I could speak to the doctor was to pay this fee. You can never get an answer from anyone at the office when you call the front desk staff are rude and seem to have given up on caring. They seem to care more about money then their patients here. GO ELSEWHERE!!! **Edit In response to the office response suggesting I “threatened” to come to their home. This was my email I sent after there was no way for me to speak with the Dr to confirm that in this situation he was actually in agreement to charge me $30 for missing the call even though as the voicemail he left said to, I had called back 2 minutes later. “ is the only way I will get to speak with him really to stop by the neighborhood to discuss how this has been handled and what has happened with my appointment?” Note this Dr was my next door neighbour
