My 2 year old daughter just saw Dr Anita for the first time. I actually never knew about this clinic and they luckily had space for a same day appointment.nnDr Anita was very kind and super great with my daughter, my daughter didn’t want to leave .nnThis is so refreshing especially from walk in clinics, I didn’t feel like a bother or rushed in/out.nnGood experiences for little ones in doctors offices are rare to have, Thanks Dr Anita!

They don’t follow up or respect appointment times. We are still waiting for results of my husband who first visited on July 3rd. We called to follow up a week after not hearing back from them and the receptionist said they received the results that morning and Dr Chun would call after 4pm when the walk in clinic is over. No call. We called the following day and made a phone appointment for today at 4pm. The receptionist confirmed it was an actual noted appointment this time. Today, we get woken up by a text message early in the morning saying that the phone appointment was rescheduled for 7:50am, without asking us first. So we stayed awake waiting for this call, nothing. The doctor then called around noon when we were not with the phone — my mom answered and the doctor said they would call again after 4pm. My mom asked why they would change the appointment time without asking and they told her that the doctor thought she could be ahead of her calls… My mom called back at 2pm to follow up to see if there was some bloodwork or something we can do in the meantime instead of wasting the day waiting and the receptionist said she would ask the doctor after she was done with the patient and call back. She didn’t call back. So we waited and I called at 4:30pm asking if the doctor is still planning to call us for our appointment and my husbands results. The receptionist had noted all the calls made from the day and said the doctor tried us at 2pm but that was us calling them… *eye roll* it’s now 5:40pm and the clinic is most likely closed and we have not heard back.nnThe reason we use our mom’s number is because we are from out of country. My husband will be going back to his country in a week so for the last 2 weeks he’s been waiting for results/and a prescription to cure his illness. He paid $175 as a non resident and it’s extremely disappointing and unacceptable traveling and to deal with Canadian health care like this. We just want to know his results!!

I saw Dr. Anita Chun when my family Dr. was not available. The appointment was done easily via the website and she was very kind and professional. I am glad to have this alternative walk in option.nKudos to the kind receptionist with such a positive energy.

What a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, these guys were all great starting at the receptionist. I had a few hurdles to jump but they made it super simple. I'm so glad I called here first.

The secretary is so professional curdious helpful and really went above and beyond for me. She helped contact our old drs office tracked a referral and helped me confirm a very important specialist appointment. We have been here 1 x before and had a great experience with the Dr .Thankyou so very much for you efforts today. I am definitely coming back with my family to this clinc!
