5+ stars for Dr Huang. He is a wonderful and kind doctor. He sees both my sons and is very thorough and knowledgeable. The online system has worked great for us. No wait at all and appointment were on time. No issue getting an emergency appointment either when my son needed an xray - but this was done through the booking site. I give 4 stars because I have seen firsthand some of the issues with the secretaries. Some are wonderful and some are absolutely terrible. Today the secretary who greeted us was so friendly and all smiles. After the appointment I had to go to front desk and stood in front of another secretary who was on her computer and didn’t even make eye contact for 10 minutes. Another time I overheard patients who had come in to book appointments as they had waited hours on the phone. The secretaries were rude and had no empathy. Some of these folks were quite elderly. So while personally our experience has been great with our Dr, sadly the management has more to be desired.
I'm compelled to share my exceptional experience at this clinic. The staff exceeded my expectations with their kindness, efficiency, and warmth. Dr. Reimer, in particular, deserves my heartfelt gratitude. Her professionalism, compassion, and determination are truly remarkable. She resolved a long-standing issue that had gone unsolved for years, despite numerous attempts by other medical professionals. I'm forever grateful for her expertise and kindness. Dr. Reimer embodies the qualities we need more of in the medical field - a true blessing!
Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had.nThe doctor is nice but the receptionist is awful.nThey are incredibly rude and don’t seem to know how to do their job.nThey leave you on hold for hours and when they finally pick up they give you short non answers to your questions.nThey can never book you an appointment and tell you to go online even though the site is basically useless because all it tells you is that there’s no availability.nnAnd after you’ve been on hold for hours they ask you to hold again only to hang up on you.nnThey are mean and honestly useless. You’d have better luck talking to dry wall.
Friendly staff, fast service. We been to this clinic 2x and both time had different doctors. We had a male doctor the first time and he kept leaving the room to go get a second opinion or I don’t know. It makes you wonder if he’s just a graduate doctor. The second time, we had a female doctor and right away she knew what problem it was and gave me a x-ray to get done. Overall experience it’s a clean and fast clinic, in and out.
The doctor here are great. Online booking system for those with family doctors here is convenient. Wait times can be a bit long even with appointments, but that seems to be common across clinics.
