My experience of given birth there was exceptional. It was my first baby and all the staff that took care of me and the baby was so attentive and great. My labor was so painful and the nurses helped me so much with how to manage through the pain. I wish I could remember everybody’s name so I can tell them here but really, they made me feel very comfortable. Also the staff in the Neo wing, since my baby had to be there for the first night due to worries, we had to go to that wing during our stay and again, great staff. Seriously the doctor, the nurses, the staff and also the residents that I agreed that they could stay in the delivery room ect, SUPER. Thank you so much.
I apologize in advance for writing in English,but I feel that I have to tell the Director of the hospital and all the staff for the outstanding care that I received this week at the Chum. Doctor Ziegler was my first doctor that I was referred to from my surgeon at the Cedars cancer center. I had a procedure to try to eliminate a tumor on my breast. Dr..Ziegler took the time to explain what he and Dr. Olivier would be doing to both myself and my spouse and once in the operating room he introduced me to each of the medical staff by their first names which I really appreciated, just doing that made me very comfortable. When the procedure was finished Dr. Ziegler came to see me in the recovery area and assured us that it had gone very well. The next day I got a call from Dr. Ziegler to see how I was doing. Absolutely a wonderful experience. I have had several operations since 2020 and this was definitely the best. I want to sincerely thank everyone at the Chum and especially the team that cared for me.nPatricia Powers Patsy Graham
It was my first surgery, Tonsil removal surgery. Everything was perfect. High quality of medicine and nurses. I was there from 7:00-12:50. I’m happy and feel me perfectly. Thank you all
Pavilion C is amazing. ICU provides amazing care.
This hospital is inhuman. Understaffed, the wait can last 20 hours, incompetent teams. I am still traumatized by this place. If i could i’d put a 0.
