What a great new grocery store for Mount Forest. The deli has great tasting fast dinner options. It has a nice little seating area between the cashier and exit to enjoy a quick bite.
When the new foodland opened they had the best freshest selection or Sushi which was nice for our small town and even a lot of veggie options BUT sadly things have changed and the selection is basic, the rolls fall apart when you pick them up, the tiniest amount of wasabi which isn’t enough for the amount of rolls…..very upset and sad to see things have gone downhill in the sushi department! I will now pass by that selection without even a glance!
Foodland has been around Mount Forest a long time. They recently moved to a brand new built location January 2024. The new store is fantastic! Staff are helpful and kind! The fresh sushi is the BEST and a decent price! There's already a piece missing in my picture.... I couldn't wait!! Lol
This store is nice and clean. Has a bakery in it major bonus. Employees are mostly nice and friendly..
I bought flowers the other day and a staff immediately asked me if i want it wrapped, which made my bouquet more lovely! Thanks for going the extra mile, really appreciate it!nGreat selection on baked goods and ready to eat meals. The price aren’t budget friendly but the store appearance and presentation compensated for it in a way. Keep up the good work
