I visited FootBasic today and was pleasantly surprised. It’s an ordinary store without any unique features, but what really sets it apart from others is its very affordable prices. The product selection is quite large, and in terms of cost, FootBasic stands out compared to many other markets I’ve visited.nnHowever, there was one thing I didn’t quite like. I wanted to buy a specific seasoning, but instead, I found completely different products in its place. Because of this, I couldn’t find what I was looking for, which was a bit inconvenient. I think more attention should be given to keeping the shelves organized so that customers can easily find the items they need. It would be great to either update the product display more frequently or adjust the shelf labels and price tags to match the actual stock.nnOther than that, the store left a positive impression. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice, and I’m sure I’ll visit again.
I check the flyer for this store and every time I go they always are out of what is on sale in their flyers. This week I went on the first day of the sale for 4 items that were in the flyer. They didn't have any and wouldn't give me a rain check for those items. Lactantia Lactose free # 2 milk, Orange juice no sugar added, Chapman Yogurt Ice cream which I couldn't get a rain check because it wasn't written on their list.
For online shopping and food providing by this Food Basics store, the service is not good, or even terrible. Auto change tips by system, which charge more money than customer setting. Food was delivered often delay or postpone to the next day. The online shopping system closed to changes in 3 hours to avoid customers cancelling orders; however, it can arbitrarily change the delivery time with no permission from customers. Don't follow the client's instructions and abuse used expensive bags, which increase unnecessary spends. Add new bags even the previous bags are only half was filled. Shameful!!!
We come here weekly to shop. They have great variety of products and affordable prices. Although it can be a bit too crowded at times but it's a good alternative to grocery shopping
Won't be buying, fruit or veggies from them anymore.nAt any location, recently bought Bartlett pears.nAfter four days, sitting on the counter still hard.
