Folino's Wood Fired Pizza

This pizza house is a genius idea. Folino's building is connected to Fiddlehead beer. They have a cooler full of ice cold glasses and you buy a growler from the brewery next door. The pizza is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the place is convenient to get to. Caution, it is really easy to leave with way more craft brew beer then you meant to buy:-).

The pizza is absolutely delicious. Creative if you want that. Simple if you don't. The salad rises to the highest standards, too. Sometimes there's a wait and they close at 8:00 P. M. sharp most nights (in Shelburne,) so plan accordingly or get take out.

Puts other "wood fired" pizza places to shame. Perfect crust and sauce, and a variety of toppings to satisfy even the most descriminating saveur. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, but limited space means waiting during busy times. Optional takeout and seasonal outdoor seating provide possible alternatives. BYOB policy allows for frosty brews from Fiddlehead brewery (next door). Also excellent salads. No disappointing food here. Recommend without reservation!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a sweet and spunky waitress. I think her name is Lily. What a ray of sunshine she is! It's a place where you get your own silver wear, plates, etc. but that makes sense because of the super casual vibe. Our food was served in a timely manner and we relaxed and drank beer from the brewery next door while we waited. Even though it was a busy Saturday, the waitress still checked in with our table when she walked by to see how everything was going. I've read some of the reviews below where people complain about having the grab their own plates and bus their own dishes. But that's part of the experience of this restaurant! If you are looking for awesome pizza and friendly staff, this is the place to go. And if you want to miss out on some of the best pizza in New England because you get worked up about having to fill your own water cup, that's your loss. TL;DR- Both the pizza and the service are fantastic.

Great BYOB pizza place conveniently in the same building as Fiddlehead and across the street from Shelburne Vineyard (just in case you forget to BYOB). You can tell they use Hugh quality ingredients, and the wood-fired oven gives the pizzas a great taste. The staff is super friendly, and they always have great customer service. This last time we had a minor cosmetic issue with our pizza, and they went above and beyond to fix the issue (that we probably wouldn't have even complained about) and make us feel like valued customers - truly excellent customer service. Whenever I crave pizza, I crave Folino's pizza, so I'll definitely be back for sure.
