This guy makes the tastiest focaccia! You can see him with his cart out on lunches weekdays! He also serves soups which are so tasty! I am definitely going back!

Best focaccia bread in the area! Good toppings and they still taste delicious after a day or two if you toast/heat them up. Great guy, he is super friendly and chatty. I'm definitely going to come back to try out more of the sandwiches and soups!

My building is adjacent to Johannes' kitchen, and I always see his food-cart parked outside his business with focaccia on display, and decided one rainy day to go down and give it a try. Both myself and my roommate got a bowl of mushroom soup with a side of garden focaccia. First of all, the mushroom soup was so rich with flavor; both velvety smooth and creamy. The portion size was perfect, as the soup itself was very filling! Secondly, the focaccia was the first I've had that didn't crumble everywhere the moment I bit into it — It was soft, fluffy, and so tasty. Was not too heavy - perfect for dipping into my soup! The pricing was also very reasonable - 2 bowls of soup and 2 pieces of focaccia for $16 w/o tip. Perfect guilt-free way to treat yourself and support a local business!

Environmentally friendly using an ebike to get the good people of Vancouver some tasty bread. Really good stuff! I tried the veggie one and it was very delightful

Focacciaza is an awesome little focaccia company on wheels serving Vancouver one park and party at a time. The owner catered my daughter's private outdoor birthday party. The focaccia was light, fluffy and mouth watering. He hand made fresh ricotta as a topping for one of the tasty creations. We also had puffed quinoa salad that blew our taste buds, Most of all the owner is kind, thoughtful and fun, playing great music from his sustainable bike cart, equally decorating the cart for my daughter's birthday. Support this sustainable young entrepreneur and your taste buds will not be disappointed. We will book Focacciaza again if the opportunity presents. Focacciaza will make your party memorable and delicious!!!

This place serves hot fresh-made focaccia which is really hard to find in the city! It seemed like he really knows his Italian baking because he really nailed the crumb. Plus he was friendly and chatty.
