Never much staff working. Most of them are pretty slow at checkout. Usually they aren't too bad, but this time passing through the bathrooms were FILTHY. Urinals disgusting below them it was wet. Flies in the urinals as well.

As long as you don't need to purchase anything inside the station itself it's a great place to get fuel or use restroom. Mens restroom is small, 3 urinals, 3 stalls (toilets), but adequate... note this restroom is for normal vehicles, the truckers have their own restrooms abd showers. I can't speak for the women's restroom... but looked like the sign for that restroom was not up. Good variety of goods and lots of soups in the gas station itself, but there was only 1 person working inside at the registers (there are many registers by the way), and an extremely long line. I wanted to spend some money on items they have inside, but I was on a critical trip that required me to be on time. I did not have time to wait 30 minutes to buy anything. Now, with that beinv said, yesterday was a mega lottery draw and possibly that line had something to do with that (although I am just speculating that - I don't even know if they sold lottery tickets). Overall, great place to get gas, clean restrooms, and large varieties of items for purchase inside, but on the cons side: unsatisfactory wait times at registers.

While driving on I-81 South recently, one of our springs broke, causing one leveler on our 5th wheel to rub against one tire. My husband looked through his side rear window and saw smoke. Road assistance through our insurance came and made it possible for us to drive a few short miles to this Flying J, where we had to park in order for it to be fixed enough to drive it to the repair shop. We were there for 2 nights. We can't thank the Manager enough for being very patient and understanding during that stressful time. Thank you so much and best of luck! By the way, the food in Denny's was delish!
