Super responsive and accommodating! I'm from Toronto so I ordered a bouquet from Michael's website and the process was really smooth. Michael sent email confirmations and updates all the way up to the delivery date! Definitely went above and beyond, esp with the changes I requested along the way. I'm super impressed and def recommend!

I previous had a horrible experience ordering flowers online so I was hesitant to try it again. I picked Michaels because of the fantastic reviews online and was extremely impressed. The flowers are so beautiful, and was delivered within 2 hours of my order. Michael is very personable and thoughtful. My friend is extremely happy to receive the flowers. Thank you!

Michael was very helpful with customising my order. As I live in Sydney, I was unaware of delivery procedure as recipient lives in an apartment. All went smoothly and she was very, very happy. Arrangement was far larger than I thought! Thank you!

I have been using Flowers by Michael for a couple years now. I haven't purchased flowers in well over 6 months but he always remembers me by name. Exceptional service and his flowers are the best in the city. Hands down.   Thank you again Michael! you did a great job today.
