Exceptional Customer Service & Fabulous Designs. I live locally and have been shopping at West Van Florist for years. They have an amazing variety of flowers, gifts and products to choose from. Ordering flowers online is easy, I just place my order and trust that beautiful flowers will be delivered. Over all a great florist. I would recommend west van florist to everyone I know.
Wonderful outdoor cafe. Super classy outdoor cafe in a floral garden setting facing Marine Drive. Great atmosphere. Must return whenever we are in the area.
I was walking by and noticed the cafe by the flower shop. Unique place with cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Pavlova and Iced Tea were delicious! And I was even more pleased with an excellent service from Rio, with paying attention to details. Wonderful place!
Chinese Lunar New Year 2021, the year of Golden Ox, falls on next Friday, February 12. For that, my best friend Annie living in West Vancouver brought me all the way from West Vancouver to Surrey today a wonderful pot of orchids she bought from West Van Florist Home and Garden. I, at the first sight, was stunned at the arrangement of the pot - it perfectly fit for the occasion! Butterfly looking orchids in cheerful festival purple colour; a shiny red envelope with images of gold bullions symbolizing wealth; golden lotus seed pots suggesting Buddhism; and the golden pot implying fortune and glory. I said to my friend, “This florist has a good knowledge of Chinese culture and well presents it with art in her flower arrangement !”
Can't give any stars for very poor delivery and customer service. Mother's day flowers not delivered till Tuesday. Promised a refund and then they reneged. They say they tried to deliver on Sunday I was out for two hours max in the late afternoon and they couldn't get through. Who expects a delivery late on a Mother's Day Sunday anyway? Other florists in the area are much more reliable. PS The issue has now been resolved. The manager was very understanding when I went in to see her. And yes, the flowers were stunning!
I call this store one of my 'happy places'. Beautiful, fresh flowers, innovative floral arrangements, unique gifts and cards, provided by terrific and knowledgeable sales personnel. Also, I find Carli P., Senior Florist, is second-to-none with her creativity and innovative designs. I have always been delighted with anything and everything she has made for me. She's definitely an asset to the company!
Great Service! Really helpful and kind staff! The designers are experts. I had put in a request for a very intricate arrangement and they were able to create it with absolute tact and art. I love the store too. whenever I walk in it puts me on cloud 9 : thank you for being here west van florist!
We went for a coffee. The barista young lady was exceptional! Her costumer service is outstanding! She made us want to come back. WVF Employer, take care of her, she is an asset. Nice idea to take a coffee surrounded with flowers.
I am over the moon impressed with West Van Florist and Mona the woman who answered the phone that day. My sons' roomate had suffered the loss of her very good friend and I wanted to do something for her. My son was away on business and wasn't able to help me. I live in the state of Maine so I did not know any florist. I Googled and started calling around. I wanted flowers with a stuffed animal. I tried 4 florists before reaching West Van. They had what I wanted. Mona was very helpful with choices of flowers and properly wording the card. Not only that but after she put together the arrangement she sent me a picture of it to my email. Way to go West Van and Mona! And Mona the arrangement was beautiful and perfect, thank you. Kymberlee
West Van Florist has been around for as long as I can remember and I can think of no other shop that has managed to stay exactly the same in its commitment to service and quality for so many years yet keep its offerings totally current. Floral arrangements are lovely and made with the freshest plant material; they are tasteful and well designed and always long lasting in my experience. Whether I order flowers online or stop in to browse, I always have a good experience. I hope this business sticks around for the next fifty years.
