I originally ordered flowers from Shalimar design for a funeral and it turned out to be a disaster with very poor customer service. I found Flower Delight and they saved the day for me. So professional, patient and treats you so nice. Flowers turned out better than I thought. Thank you so much, I will always rely on Flower Delight for the best prices, beautiful arrangements with worry free delivery.

This was the worst expierence. I ordered flowers to arrive for someone's birthday. The only reason I even ordered these was for the surprise and the smile they would see once they opened the door. Unfortunately from the very start it was a regret. I spent 85 dollars basically to go meet their delivry driver in a random parking lot. As soon as I ordered I never received an email or anything for confirmation (as I did it online). I called the very next day to clarify my order went through and they made me feel uneasy as they weren't sure who I was even though it already went out of my visa. I clarified with them that the receiver was leaving for work and they HAD to be there BEFORE 2 on the Friday (I ordered on the Wednesday). Once I was on the phone they assured me it would be there by 1pm (1 hour before needed) with no problem. As the day comes thankfully I was at the persons house who was receiving the flowers. At 1pm I was waiting and still no sign. I was getting worried because I needed to still go out and get some party supplies for the surprise party that was planned that evening. I called them and they said that it should be there. It definitely was not there. So they said any minute it would be there after it was 1:50 and still no sign I was panicking because the person was leaving for work, after Calling back and forth they finally told me the delivery driver went to the wrong address so I had to completely ruin the surprise and make the reciever and myself drive 15 min to go find the delivery man just so we could get the flowers. I didn't receive the flowers until 2:30 and he was late for work on his birthday. And I still paid 85 dollars with the delivery fee even though I had to go meet the man and then proceed to get water all over the receivers car because I'm not a flower delivery person and do not how to put them in the car properly. The woman on the phone told me I could get free flowers if I go by her shop but I don't even live in Brampton I was just visiting my Loved one for their birthday. This was so horrible.. I spent a lot of money to surprise someone but it turned into a nightmare. I'm not sure where the fault resides but it was very poor customer service.

A beautiful casket spray that exceeded our expectations. Kind and gracious customer service with a beautiful corsage to accompany the spray. Flower Delight would be my first choice any time I need flowers in the future.
