I am a very discerning customer. Firstly, Sheena greeted me warmly, she was very professional and took the time to understand my vision for an event I was hosting. She worked within my budget, made valuable suggestions and was extremely accommodating. She went over and beyond to make the floral arrangements and decor memorable for my family and I. I am very impressed with the service and quality. I have already referred a few friends and family and I will continue to do so. It's so refreshing to work with a local business that is client focused, attentive, has great follow up and goes to all lengths to ensure you get completely what you want. Wow.

On my first day of work at a Bay Street law firm six years ago, a stunning floral arrangement stood centre at reception which made me nervous as standards seemed extremely high in the office. If they invested so much in a floral boutique for fresh arrangements what would they be expecting from me? This was the first day of many where I decided to set high floral standards for myself and made a statement to my personal and professional network - nothing less than perfection. Botanic Florists is truly a visionary artist that can make your floral ideas come to life. With very few words of what i wanted (while the florist finished my sentences) a floral masterpiece was created. I can admit that I am a very difficult customer and very hard to please especially when it comes to floral arrangements but I can whole heartedly say expectations are always exceeded with passion and care from the florist.

I chose Botanic Florists to be my florists for my wedding and I couldn't be any more happier!!! I had a week long, two ceremony and one reception wedding event and Sheena and her team at Botanic Florists nailed every aspect of my vision and then some! I literally went in for a consultation gave her the ideas I had in my mind about how I wanted everything to look and she took it all to another level...I was so blown away at how beautiful it all looked, it brought me to tears! I received so many compliments from our wedding guests and quite a few of my guests ended up booking with them as well and they just rave about the skills, imagination and creativity Sheena and her team have! I definitely recommend Botanic Florists to anyone and everyone looking for a florist for their Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday, Shower etc. You will not be disappointed!

Will never ever come back here. Prices are unreasonable and the flowers don't last any longer than cheap ones. Better off going to the fortinos across the street. They didn't even let me pick my own rose out so that they could give me the smallest one they had. The ribbons were tacky and colour scheme of them was brutal .. Valentine's Day should have red or pink or white ribbons and they gave me blue and yellow. Really? Also any good florist knows that if the cut stem is exposed to oxygen then the flower dies faster. You would think for the rip off prices they charge they would've given me the small plastic piece at the bottom that holds water in it but they didn't, and didn't even ask if I wanted one. I came back inside and they told me they charge extra for it. What a scam.
