Flores Flowers + Crafts

I WENT ON FEBRUARY 13 2018 TO PURCHASE ROSES FOR MY GIRLFRIEND. I ASK IF THERE WAS DELIVERY THE LADY SAID YES. SHE ASKED WHERE I SAID IT WILL BE RIGHT IN THE MALL AT SHOPPERS DRUG MART. SHE REPLIED WITH A LAUGH AND SAID "WE CAN EVEN HAVE IT THERE BEFORE IT OPENS". I TOLD HER ALL I WANT IS FOR IT TO BE DELIVER BEFORE 12PM. SINCE THE PERSON WILL NOT BE THERE AFTER. THE FLOWER SHOP IS 10 STORES DOWN FROM SHOPPERS. THE ROSES NEVER ARRIVED BEFORE 12 OR EVEN AFTER 12 ON FEB 14. I CALLED AND ASKED WHAT HAPPENED. SHE SAID "NOT HER PROBLEM AND SHE DOESN'T CARE". I WAS JUST LEFT SPEECHLESS.

I recently got married, and decided to use Flores Flowers + Gifts for our decor and flowers. Best thing I could've done! Our reception was absolutely stunning... straight out of a dream! Perfection. Ruby and Rosa are super talented, very caring and reasonable. They made me feel like family. The atmosphere wouldn't of been so heavenly if it wasn't for their hard work and creativity. There wasn't one guest who didn't mention how much beauty the room emanated. We are sincerely grateful and I personally will forever keep the image of the room in my mind (Can you tell how impressed I am). If you are looking for an event decorator, floral arrangements (whether it be for weddings, quincaneras, girlfriends, wives, mother's day, etc), sweet seasonal gifts (Valentine's, Easter, Christmas) or customized, handmade crafts... consider their business because they will not disappoint! Your happiness is their business.

My wedding was on September 23, 2017. FLORES team was responsible and friendly. I was able to communicate with Ruby and Rosa all the time. They were able to assist me with my planning and little details. At the end, I was very satisfied with their punctuality, creativity and outstanding designs. My bouquet, my wedding party flowers, the church and my wedding venue looked beautiful.
