Top 3 decisions I’ve ever made in my life. I’m so glad my primary recommended Dr. Floch nearly 18 months ago. From first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, he’s been consistently present and a true partner in this tremendous change. He’s informative, compassionate, shoots from the hip, and puts you at ease. Trust me, it’s all worth it.

Dr Floch was strong for us. Using white board, he explained the procedure well. He exhibited a can do attitude going the extra mile to get the procedure done fast.

Staff is very courteous. The communication during the entire process is absolutely amazing. Dr.Neil Floch is also always very nice and very detailed. I felt a bond/trust from my first visit with him. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Neil Floch is genuinely interested in helping his patients achieve the positive outcomes they seek. He is encouraging without being judgmental. Fairfield County Bariatrics offers continuing support through the support groups it offers monthly. My personal favorite is the Nutrition Support Group run by Tamara Swett who mixes imparting valuable information with a great sense of humor.

Dr. Floch was very personable and professional and he carefully explained how the surgery would be personally beneficial to me. He comes highly qualified and I feel confident in his and his teams care.

I was his first patient 20 some years ago and I just love him and his dad...they changed my life...I'm still skinny. 20 some years later...even made an adjustment for me last minute w out waiting when I was pregnant 6 years ago with my daughter n couldn't eat much. ..he will always be my hero thanks Neil and to your lovely dad as well...jenny aurora

Unfortunately my spouse had a horrible experience with the doctor and the office workers. The doctor took a phone call midway through the checkup that lasted 15 minutes, nurse making light of his symptoms, completed a required detailed questionnaire, which was never used, then referred to a doctor in the same office, given another 12 page questionnaire. It was absolutely inconvenient, unprofessional and a total waste of our time.

Though doctor floch may seem like a used cars salesman. He is great. He is a great surgeon and a fun guy. Not afraid to tell you the truth but understanding of situations
